About the Meetup

This is the place for anyone from anywhere to learn about RedwoodJS and participate in the vibrant community. Via Zoom Webinar, there will be demos and presentations, live discussion and Q&A, participation by chat, and (optionally) joining the discussion by audio and/or video. (No video required.)

Topic: All About 1.0 :rocket:

Redwood has reached a milestone over two years in the making! Join us for this special event to celebrate and dive into features, projects, and the people that make Redwood awesome.

We’re going to take a look at Redwood’s core features and how to get started:

  • Design with Storybook
  • Test with Jest, mocks, and scenarios
  • Auth and Security from front-to-back
  • Data, Transport, and State with GraphQL, Services, and Cells
  • Deploy serverless, via containers, or bare metal
  • Quick Start and Tutorial: What you need to know to get started with Redwood

Projects and Partners

There are many amazing products and startups being built with Redwood. And there are many amazing partners collaborating on first-class integrations. We’re going to highlight several and get to see a few demos along the way.

  • product demos
  • code walkthroughs
  • startup highlights

Redwood is amazing because the community is amazing. It wouldn’t be a Redwood event if we didn’t highlight people and hear their stories about getting involved in the project.

  • contributors
  • makers
  • core team

This event will be hosted on Zoom Webinar. Once registered, you’ll receive a link and calendar invite with Zoom details. You’ll be able to view the live stream, participate by chat, or join Q&A and discussion by Audio and Video (video not required).

Can’t make it? Meetups are recorded and posted on the Redwood YouTube channel.
