When accessing this in normal mode with this URL without login it throws js error and doesn’t show anything. When doing it after login or using incognito mode, it works fine.

Question: which browser(s) did you try?
There was a recent update to our forum software (Discourse) that I just applied. It seemed to fix a reproducible error I was experiencing. Please let me know if you encounter any further errors or are able to reproduce if you log out.
Question: by chance are you using a Chrome Ad Blocker extension?
